Our goal is to provide quality, efficient, and cost effective primary patient care services in a friendly,
clean, and comfortable environment where employees focus on patient needs.
We welcome all patients over the age of 11 years.
We are accepting Medicare and New patients.
We emphasize prevention and maintenance of good health .
We offer several preventive services including screening for peripheral arterial disease,
cardiac testing, removal of skin tags, moles, etc.
We offer travel medicine and Immigration Physical exams.
We also offer Botox, facial fillers (Restylane, Juvederm), Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion,
and Laser Hair Reduction.
We are closed for lunch everyday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Messages may be left in our office voice-mail during this time and you will be contacted when our office re-opens. After hours calls are forwarded to our messaging service Medlink. Messages may be left or the physician on call may be contacted for emergencies.
We accept most insurance and all self-pay patients. We do not currently accept Medicaid insurance, however.
It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to verify
that our office is participating with your plan.
Our office requires payment at the time of service including all co-pays and insurance deductibles.
